Protein Muffins
Ingredients
1 cup oats or oat flour
1 scoop protein powder
2 eggs
½ cup milk
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Optional Add-Ins
Chocolate chips
Blueberries
Chopped nuts
Peanut butter chips
Cinnamon
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Fold in optional add-ins.
Pour into greased muffin tin.
Bake at 350°F for 18–20 minutes.
