Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • Optional: berries, peanut butter, banana

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar.

  2. Stir, seal, and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Add toppings in the morning.
