Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Optional: berries, peanut butter, banana
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a jar.
Stir, seal, and refrigerate overnight.
Add toppings in the morning.
