Green Bean Casserole
Ingredients
4 cups green beans (fresh or frozen)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 cup crispy fried onions
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
If using fresh green beans, boil for 5 minutes, then drain.
In a bowl, mix green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with fried onions and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
