Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cups green beans (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup crispy fried onions

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. If using fresh green beans, boil for 5 minutes, then drain.

  3. In a bowl, mix green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour into a greased baking dish.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Top with fried onions and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
