Banana Bread

Fluffy, tender, and naturally sweet — this banana bread is a perfect way to use up overripe bananas.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

  2. Mix mashed bananas and melted butter.

  3. Add baking soda, salt, sugar, egg, and vanilla.

  4. Stir in flour until just combined.

  5. Bake 55–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
